The message shows up on your dashboard. The people you choose get an email. Inside the room, your team can talk privately with internal notes and @mentions.

Someone replies personally
A text reply, a voice note, or a short video goes to the customer by email. They open it without creating an account and can respond again. Everything stays in the same room.

A monthly reminder keeps the door open
You choose a day. Tell Them sends one short email that month, reminding customers they can share feedback whenever they have something to say.
