Tell Them helps a company receive feedback from people it already knows, and reply to them. The subscribing company is responsible for the customer information it uploads. Tell Them processes that information to provide the product.

We store account details for company users, customer names and email addresses supplied by the company, feedback messages, voice and video files, transcripts when transcription is enabled, and billing status. We do not store card numbers. Payments are handled by Stripe.

Company teams can see feedback inside their own workspace. Customers see only the replies a company chooses to send them. Platform operators can see account and subscription status. They do not receive customer feedback content as part of the admin tools.

We use infrastructure providers to host the application, store data and media, send email, process payments, and, when enabled, transcribe recordings. Those providers process data only to perform those services.

Feedback links are private. Anyone with a link can open that customer's page, so companies should share links with the intended person. You can ask us to delete an account or a customer record by emailing hello@tellthem.in. Companies can also remove customers from their workspace.
