Terms of Service

Tell Them is a feedback product. A company creates a workspace, invites its team, and collects messages from its customers. By creating an account you agree to use it for that purpose and to keep your login private.

Tell Them is a paid subscription. The base price is $39 per month and includes 300 customer accounts. Each additional block of 200 customer accounts is $10 per month. Team members are unlimited. Prices are charged in US dollars through Stripe. Taxes may be added when Stripe Tax is enabled. You can cancel from the billing page. Cancellation stops future renewal and leaves past feedback readable.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: if Tell Them isn't right for your business, request a refund within 14 days of your first payment by writing to hello@tellthem.in or from the billing portal. Refunds apply to that first payment. Later renewals are not part of this guarantee.

You own the feedback content your customers send you. You give Tell Them permission to store it, show it to your authorized team, send the notifications the product describes, and transcribe media when that feature is turned on.

Do not use Tell Them to send unlawful content, to harass people, or to upload contacts you are not allowed to email. Reminder emails are for feedback invitations, not unrelated marketing.

The product is provided as available. We will work to keep it running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, Tell Them is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
